Classic Beef Cheeseburger:


Ingredients:


  • 1 pound ground beef (80% lean)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, or your choice)
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, onions (optional, for topping)
  • Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise (optional, for condiments)

Instructions:


Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
